This site describes what we do and the products we have built. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything in a particular time or at a particular price.

Where the site refers to delivery in seven days, or to what a past build achieved, it describes how we work and what has happened before. It is not a guarantee of the same outcome for you. What we would actually commit to is set out in a signed proposal.

You may read this site, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it at a scale that burdens the service, attempt to gain access to systems you have not been given access to, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Parts of this site are private. Attempting to reach the administrative area without authorisation is not permitted.

The text, design, code, and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission, save for the names and logos of other companies, which belong to them.

Where a client is named or described, they are named with their agreement, and their trade marks remain theirs.

Our products run on their own domains and are governed by their own terms. Following a link from here to one of them, or to any other site, takes you outside these terms.

Where this site describes a product as in build, it is not yet released, and nothing said about it is a commitment to release it, to release it with those capabilities, or to release it at all.

We take care that what this site says is true and current, and we correct things when we learn they are wrong. Even so, the site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose you have in mind.

To the extent Portuguese law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for the content of any site we link to.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The booking and messaging links on this site are operated by Calendly and by WhatsApp respectively, each under its own terms. Booking a call commits neither of us to anything beyond the call.

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, save where consumer legislation gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
