The problem
Raw-milk collection is settled on paper and trust. When a volume is disputed there is no record precise enough to settle it, and the dispute costs more than the milk.
What we built
Two applications on one real-time database: a driver app used in the field and a dashboard the fleet manager watches as it happens.

A driver PWA and a manager dashboard over a single real-time database. Records survive weak signal and sync when the network returns.
