The problem
Quotes, complaints and urgent changes land in one inbox and get worked in the order they arrived. The request worth the most sits behind the one that came first, and the margin goes with it.
What we built
A triage layer on the mailbox already in use. Every request is read, classified, scored and answered with a draft, and anything ambiguous is put in front of a person instead of guessed at.
What it runs on
Reads the existing mailbox over IMAP, POP or Microsoft Graph. The model runs locally, so message contents do not leave the building by default. Six workflow states, each with an audit trail.
Who it is for
Operations teams in logistics and freight, where requests arrive as prose and have to be priced.
Solutions built to the shape of the operation they run in.
